Like a good book, art stories are nuanced, multilayered and keep us wondering. Sarah HK approaches art through the lens of storytelling, treating each art engagement is an opportunity to explore. She shares her passion for art through teaching, writing and leading art engagements. Based in Manitoba, Canada, Sarah has a Masters of Art in Cultural Studies (Curatorial Practice) from the University of Winnipeg and has hosted art events for a wide range of audiences. Her artistic projects combine analogue and digital technologies to explore the everyday moments and relationships.
Sarah is the Director and Curator of the MHC Gallery at the Canadian Mennonite University in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
